Shipments

We make every effort to offer our customers the highest level of service. Currently 93% of orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

We send parcels via the Polish Post or InPost courier service with tracking.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs.

Shipping costs within Poland:

  • Poczta Polska – payment on account – 10 zł.
  • Poczta Polska – cash on delivery – 16 zł.
  • Shipment by InPost courier – payment on account – 15 zł.
  • Shipping by InPost courier – cash on delivery – 20 zł.
  • Shipping to InPost parcel post – payment on account – 10 zł. (if shipping to a parcel machine, please indicate the number or address of the parcel machine in the comments to your order).

Orders over 200 zł. – free shipping !
