Shipments

We make every effort to offer our customers the highest level of service. Currently 93% of orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

We ship packages via the Polish Post, InPost courier company and DHL with tracking.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs.

Shipping costs within Poland:

  • Polish Post – payment on account – 15 zł.
  • Polish Post – cash on delivery – 23 zł.
  • Shipping by courier InPost – payment on account – 20 zł.
  • Shipping by courier InPost – cash on delivery – 25 zł.
  • Shipping to InPost parcel machine – payment on account – 15 zł. 
  • Shipping by DHL courier – payment on account – 20 zł.
  • Shipping by DHL courier – cash on delivery – 25 zł.
  • Shipping to DHL point – 10 zł.

Orders over 200 zł. – free shipping ! (Applies only to orders within Poland).

Possible delivery to countries of the European Union and the UK by DHL courier – delivery cost from 42 PLN (delivery is possible only after prepayment – bank transfer).

Shipping to InPost parcel machines to countries other than Poland (applies to countries such as: Belgium, France, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Italy) – 55 zł (maximum parcel size: 39 x 38 x 64 cm )

To other countries possible shipping by Polish Post.

We ship orders to countries other than Poland. The prices in our store are given in PLN, but we have the possibility to sell our products in Euro and also in other currencies after converting the prices according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland.
